Bay Wealth Legal Group, LLP is founded by Quynh Tran and Mary H. Lin. Prior to launching their new firm, Quynh and Mary collaborated closely together as partners in the Estate Planning, Trusts and Wealth Transfer Group of Carr McClellan Ingersoll Thompson & Horn.
Quynh has been in private practice for over 18 years (Stanford University; UCLA School of Law), and Mary has been in private practice for over 13 years (Harvard Law School). Each of them is a State Bar of California Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. They each have extensive experience representing individuals, families and entrepreneurs, including ultra high net worth clients, in all matters of estate planning, trust/estate administration and wealth transfer.
