Mary is a partner of Bay Wealth Legal Group, LLP.  From basic wills and trusts to sophisticated wealth transfer strategies involving complex tax planning issues for high net worth individuals, Mary routinely counsels individuals, families, professionals, business owners and executives on all aspects of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, including solutions for transferring wealth, real estate and closely held business interests to younger generations.  Mary's expertise also includes counseling clients on their post mortem matters, such as probate and trust and estate administration. 

Mary previously worked in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini P.C. where she represented private and publicly held high-technology companies in connection with executive compensation and employee benefit matters; she has also worked as a member of the in-house legal team of the biotechnology company, Amgen Inc., where she counseled clients on a wide variety of employee benefit and employment law issues.

Prior to establishing Bay Wealth Legal Group with her partner, Quynh Tran, Mary was a partner in the Estate Planning, Trusts and Wealth Transfer Group of Carr McClellan Ingersoll Thompson & Horn.

Mary is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate with the State Bar of California, and was selected as a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers in 2012 and 2013, and a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2014
